Work Experience

• Because of my love of the ocean, during my gap year, I was a first mate on charter fishing boats in Florida.

• I have had a passion for cooking ever since I started fishing. I loved bringing the catch home and cooking the fish. I have done a lot of work in Chef David Burke’s many restaurants in New Jersey, ranging from food prep to line cook. Below is a photo of me with Chef Burke when I was little!
